We essentially live in a blue-state ruling autocracy. Christopher Rufo, whom I'm sure you are familiar with, spoke about how even in the most red and "conservative" states, much of the statewide policy regarding DEI, CRT, education, etc. was being (and still is in many places) controlled by small liberal university cities. This is a good example of how even red states like Texas still have very pro-DEI universities.

Insufficiently elite-pilled Auron. Since, as you point out, DC lords it over the states with an iron fist, it matters little what state governments do to oppose it. All the measures that the true right would take to make a truly reactionary state are illegal under the 14th Amendment and Civil Rights Law.

DC will have its way over State governments no matter how solidly red.

Very well stated, as usual. There has definitely been a paradigm shift in America, actually not just one but many, however, the greatest one is the enormous shift of power and concentration of that power into the hands of not even the federal government, but the bureaucracy. People are coming to the realization of this, but they’re not coming fast enough or large enough numbers, at least in my opinion. That’s where all of us on every level have the personal responsibility to spread the word and share the information certainly among family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors, but also the step up and higher levels and participate on forms, run for office ourselves, or at least actively support people who represent our values. to this point, I must stress that running for office must not be under the banner of the Uniparty, and by that I do mean either the Democrats and their lickspittle lapdogs - the Republicans. Those of us who choose to run for office must do so absolutely as independents .
