A 'Rubicon' moment for Trump. If he let's SCOTUS tell him what to do even when they are obviously wrong, he might as well pack it up and report for sentencing on Jan 21, 2028.

If this isn't the Rubicon, then the final ruling certainly must be. We cannot go on like this.

My thoughts exactly. They have thrown down the triple dog dare. They want to create a Constitutional crisis so they can blame Trump. The problem is I see any way around it. He’s going to have to plow straight through.

Sincere question: if Trump fails at this, what use is he? What is he good for?

Even when he fails, Trump is exposing the fraud, double standards and malfeasance beyond doubt. There may have been some wiggle room for ambivalence beforehand, but there is none after they have been forced to play their hand openly for all to see. This SC judgment is not just wrong, it is jarringly bizarre and demands explanation. It sets off jangling alarm-bells alerting all that there is something rotten in the state of the USA.

Yes, indeed. It is essential and existential to our survival that we expel all illegals and their families, regardless of how long they’ve been here or under what circumstances they came in. This must happen without exception and without delay. Failure to do this along with implementing a very strict legal immigration policy, and ending all refugee admissions, will result in the destruction of America.

Too much work and time, "expelling" what can be otherwise disposed of.

Mass deportations (of the scale being attempted) will be impossible. Not to invoke credentialism but I work in this field and it’s just not feasible.

The only practical way to get to those numbers will require working with state governments to remove the utility for these people, of staying in the US. There are a lot of options here. Mandating “Real ID” and implementing minimum sentences for driving without a license is just one example.

Also, you’ve got to put pressure on their countries of origin. The only useful thing about foreign aid is that you can threaten to withhold it. Penalizing those countries for their citizens being found in the US will prove a more potent motivator than most realize.

Buses and barb wire just aren’t going to cut it. Not at this scale.

A state and ruling class that engages in population Replacement is criminal and deserves severe punishment for violating principles prior to and above a Constitution: namely the integrity of the Nation itself which existed before the document and outside of and above a concept like “due process.”

The Nation has the right to defend itself from those who treacherously seek to dissolve it or render its children as second class citizens, divested of their exclusive right to possess their homelands for themselves.

Those domestics who stand in the way of that natural right are criminals.

I'm wondering if there is a way to declare war on illegal aliens, so then anyone who gives them aid and comfort can be convicted of treason.

The precedent indeed the standard for ignoring law and due process was set by the Biden administration already, so ignore the courts and deport.

Or founder on the folly of dying Boomer Liberalism, and be Gorbachev not Lincoln or FDR.

Ultimately it matters not.

Time for the 50-50-50 Plan in

3 monumental steps:

1) Conquer 50 miles into Mexico to create a DMZ and deportation center.

2) Process and deport 50 million illegals going all the way back to the 1960’s.

3) Finish this in 50 months. One million deportations a month.

Conclusion: Hispanics walking the streets of America will be shot in the street.

Great argument. Like others here I am baffled as to why these people on the court are blocking Trump's efforts. My best guess is that they are following some sort of purely legalistic doctrine that translates to a principled interpretation of the constitution. But much of what happened during Biden's regime was not constitutional, including the persecution of Trump and the J6 defendants. Maybe Trump has to get on TV in a national address and explain that he's gotta do the deportations and why.

Of course America is being betrayed by democracrat appointees. No surprise. But those that appointed Catholic justices didn't understand how that Church had already been coopted by globalists. The Catholic appointees are nothing but liberals.

We need to bring back good behavior. Impeachment was not the only way to remove a federal judge; in fact, it wasn't even the main method originally.

Because just like all other branches and departments of our government they are controlled by the Globalists. Globohomo’s 2030 has been severely upended. Not just by the resurgence of DT but because Russia refused to break.

Many of the people in this insidious group are extremely angry that their plans were spoiled. Hell they had already set the wheels in motion for an eventual Western Nation collapse. Originally this collapse would be done on their terms “You Will Own Nothing.”

Now that collapse may occur regardless unless sweeping changes are successful.

Okay, but... the Supreme Court clearly had enough conservative-leaning justices for repealing Roe v Wade to happen, so I'm surprised they're flipping so hard on this other right-coded issue.

How would "the globalists" get to them in the meantime?

(FWIW, I'm not really anti-globalisation per se so much as anti-dysgenics, but that's a complicated topic)

“Repealing Roe vs Wade” the entire thing is a dog n pony show. Yes there are organic actions and such but for most part it’s contrived and strings are pulled. Groups like the WEF (Davos man) have far more say in our government than we do domestically. These SCOTUS judges are as bought off as the people in Congress.

PS…..the reason they allowed the RvW situation was to rev up and fundraise from the bases. As I expected it had NO effect on anything. Also was done to reengage conservatives who were distraught about the election.

Yes, that’s what they are. They have had all political angles covered for a LONG time. This also includes our high impacting institutions.

If you really want to deep dive learn that most people in the highest levels are actually dual citizens (Israel). Why that is, or how it came to be is quite vexing. Nevertheless, it’s true. If you figure it out please let me know. Inquiring minds want to know.
