While journalists and pundits are busy debating the fallout from the Republican primary, the real battle for the future of America is occurring on the Texas border with Mexico. The Biden administration has enacted a malicious open-borders policy welcoming millions of illegal aliens into the country and facilitating a full-scale invasion. Texas Governor Greg Abbott has attempted to stem the tide by deploying razor wire and authorizing state law enforcement to arrest foreign trespassers. Federal Border Patrol agents have responded by cutting the wire so that an unrestricted flow of completely unvetted migrants can continue to enter the country illegally.
The longer Texas holds out the greater the exposure of the contradictions between words and actions by the Biden regime. It’s time to push the limits of federalism when the central government fails to execute its primary purpose of upholding the sovereignty of the nation.
Uh, the Court did not order Texas to stand down. They simply and very narrowly ruled that the Border Patrol could cut the wire. Texas has not been enjoined from doing anything under the ruling.
I appreciate you trying to encourage the good fight, but your credibility suffers when you botch the basic facts.
“At the very moment when some of them seemed plunged in unfathomable abysses of disgrace and disaster, they have suddenly emerged. They have begun a new course and opened a new reckoning, and even in the depths of their calamity and on the very ruins of their country have laid the foundations of a towering and durable greatness.”
The silliest thing about all of this is that nobody is contradicting the federal government's power over the border. It is the fact that they are not using their power over the border that is the issue. The President is derelict in his duty, and to argue in Biden's favor is to argue that the federal government has the right not to enforce laws while also arguing that state governments have no right to enforce laws that the feds refuse to enforce. With the logic they have given us, a Republican administration would be under no obligation to enforce any laws passed by liberal congresses.
The only issue that matters.

Abbott Delivers Blistering Statement To Biden, Insists Texas Has Authority To Repel Border ‘Invasion’
Let’s see if any other states chime in. Drawing lines in the sand here. Looks like
It could become a standoff. Biden looks completely castrated if he doesn’t respond. They kicked an ex presidents door in already.
State guards were used to defend our borders as late as World War II.

The center right is the real enemy. The center right is the real enemy. The center right is the real enemy.
Perhaps Abbot has seen that the only way out...

When’em farmsteads took the Plain
And drank a round a hope
The green boys heard the terr’ble reign
Of the pestilent Jackalope.
-
But here’s a better tale
Whispered from the Rio Grande
Whose vexin’ the Swampy fail
Called a prolific Gregedand.
-
The critter’s’ just been found
A buck-tooth smilin’ beaver
With a rack a longhorns for a crown
That’ll surely suture a cleaver.
-
“I’m closing down Eagle Pass
And double the depth of this moat.
I’ve got them buoys, best-in-class,
And lined containers from a boat.”
-
And when he nearly stopped the route
He put down razor wire.
But the black robed owls gave a hoot,
So the gators crawled from their mire.
-
With callous grins and bandsaw teeth
They broke the barricade,
“This land, to you, we bequeath.”
And the rattlesnakes made their stay.
-
But good’ol Gregedand kept on workin’
Placing down the coil,
“They have their cries, but I’m’a shirkin’
And my dam will be their foil.”
-
And when the crocs came round once more
To enforce their false inflection,
You better see what’s in store
When you mess with a hearty Texan.

Hopefully this will be a beginning of something grand.

Look up the letter Abbot just sent to Biden.
