While you're right that the left understand Schmitt's "friend/enemy" distinction far better than the right does, It's not possible for the right to compete with the left's patronage system because their system is ultimately funded by the owners of the world central banks, i.e. the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Warburgs, Milners, etc. If you want a level playing field on this front you'd first have to address the central bank problem.
