Ditto. Always has been, always will be. Like LDT says, it is rooted in sinful nature. Even many self-professed christians have (lower case for a reason) only the patina of a moral, righteous compass. We all struggle, but many have like a back-flow valve, where we stop the serious soul-rot from happening. Double-T in the debate referred to a passage in Matthew...even saying first he doesn't like to talk about his personal religious views. People see through the feigned authenticity where frequent actions suggest something entirely different. I struggle at times to change my heart for the better. I am challenged to understand the struggle with a progressive who kills the unborn, who destroys their own citizenry through dilution my introduction of criminal migrants and drugs, who neglects the needs within their own country yet steals the taxpayer to support evil in other countries. The list is long. Thanks Auron! A principled man.
Unions today are corrupt and imperfect but are better than nothing in our contemporary neoliberal economy. Most American ‘conservatives’ and libertarian types shill for and excuse the adverse policies corporate America and the Wall Street crowd towards the white poor and working classes. Trump spoke Populism to his base in ‘16 but ended up delivering warned-over Reaganism. This is the problem with ‘ The Right.’
Agreed. I used to be in the Teamsters and it's embarrassing at how they pimp themselves for the Dems... but were paid ~25% more than places that weren't represented by them.
The Dems are terrible but why would any union member or working class person support people who hate labor unions, minimum wage laws, etc. White working class and poor people are screwed by all sides of the spectrum; Woke anti-white Dems and Wall Street Republicans alike.
The Iron Law of Oligarchy is ever before us!!
